Takshya Jewels Return Policy

At Takshya Jewels, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be instances when you need to return an item. Please review our return policy carefully for a smooth process.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect items only.
• You must notify our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.
• The item must be returned within 48 hours of receipt.

Return Conditions

• All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• A mandatory uncut, unedited video capturing the entire process of opening the outer packaging is required to validate the return. This video should clearly show the item’s condition upon arrival.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp.
• Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process a replacement within 2-7 business days.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued only if we are unable to process your order.
• The refund process will be initiated within 7-15 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement.
• Please note that minor imperfections such as slightly bent earring stems or fallen beads or stones, which can be easily fixed with glue, are not grounds for exchange or refund.

Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Replacement shipping costs will be borne by Takshya Jewels.

• Returns or exchanges based on personal preference or product suitability are not accepted once the item has been received in good condition.
• The customer is responsible for safely returning the item in its original packaging, including all protective materials.
